Lincoln Pickup & Delivery is a simple and easy process that consists of three main steps:
Schedule your pickup and delivery:
You can schedule your pickup and delivery online or through the Lincoln Way™ App. Choose the date and time that's most convenient for you, and we'll take care of the rest.
Vehicle pickup:
On the day of your scheduled pickup, a Lincoln Service Valet will come to your preferred location to pick up your vehicle. They will inspect your vehicle, document any concerns or issues, and provide you with a loaner vehicle if needed.
Vehicle delivery:
After your vehicle has been serviced, we'll deliver it back to your preferred location. You'll receive a notification when your vehicle is on its way, and we'll confirm your delivery time.
